This book is a compilation of blind peer reviewed chapters from an inaugural International Conference on Innovation for Sustainability under Climate Change and Green Growth/Economy. The conference took place at the Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg in South Africa from 26 to 28 May 2015. More than 400 participants from across the world attended this three-day event hosted in the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. The book is a direct product of the Exxaro Chair in Business and Climate Change hosted by the Institute for Corporate Citizenship (ICC) at Unisa. The ICC falls within the College of Economic and Management Sciences (CEMS). Among the main programmes and initiatives addressing sustainable development, green economy and climate change at Unisa are: the Green Economy and Sustainability Engagement Model, the Bioderived Fuels and Solar Technology Transition under Climate Change and Green Economy and Growth, Vice Chancellor’s Sustainability Mainstreaming Programme, the College of Economic and Management Sciences (CEMS) Going Green Initiative and CEMS Research Flagships, among them the Climate Change and Green Economy Flagship coordinated from the Exxaro Chair.
